At Embtree USA, every embroidery digitizing order is custom-created according to the artwork and specifications provided by the customer.

Because our services involve the creation and delivery of custom digital files, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once work has begun or files have been delivered.

Custom Digital Products

The embroidery files we provide are custom-made digital products and cannot be returned.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect artwork submitted by the customer
  • Customer no longer requiring the service
  • Delays caused by incomplete order information
  • Custom files that have already been delivered

Quality Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If you experience any issue with a delivered embroidery file, we will work with you to resolve the problem.

This may include:

  • File corrections
  • Necessary adjustments
  • Reasonable revisions
  • Technical support related to the delivered file

We will continue providing support until the issue has been reasonably resolved.

Revisions

We offer revisions when required due to stitching issues or adjustments needed for the originally submitted design.

Additional charges may apply if the customer requests major design changes after digitizing has been completed.
