By placing an order with Embtree USA, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Embtree USA provides custom embroidery digitizing and related digital embroidery services.

Customers are responsible for:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity and workload.

Rush services are prioritized but are not guaranteed in every circumstance.

Customers must own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or designs submitted to Embtree USA.

The customer accepts full responsibility for any intellectual property rights associated with submitted artwork.

Reasonable revisions related to the original design are included when necessary.

Additional charges may apply for major design modifications requested after work has started.

Embtree USA's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

We are not responsible for production losses resulting from incorrect artwork or instructions provided by the customer.
